Chaitanya Vocational Institute Students Explore Krishi Vigyan Kendra for Agricultural Insights

 

Students from Chaitanya Vocational Institute in Bodhan visited the Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Farm Science Center) in Sagroli to learn about its working methods and practical units. On December 12th, 2024, the students were guided by Dr. Praveen Chavan, Subject Matter Specialist (Agricultural Extension), who took them through various units of the center, providing valuable insights into agricultural practices.

During the visit, the students gained agricultural knowledge and interacted with experts from different fields. They and their teachers were impressed by the campus and expressed enthusiasm for exploring career opportunities in agriculture. The students found the experience highly informative and eye-opening, realizing the potential of professional opportunities in the agricultural sector.

  A one-day workshop on aromatic plant cultivation and processing was held on December 11th, 2024, at the sub-center of the Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Farm Science Center) in Atkali, Taluka Biloli, District Nanded, managed by the Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal. The event was presided over by Mr. Pramod Deshmukh, Chairman of the Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal, and featured key resource persons such as Dr. Dnyanesha from the Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), Hyderabad, along with Mr. S.
